3 Surprising Fats for Accelerated Fat Loss

Yes! Eat fat to lose fat. Most people steer clear of fat because they think it will add to their fat but in reality if you choose the right fats it's not only beneficial to your body but it can even speed up your fat burning process.

Grass Fed Butter...best source of CLA 
Butter has been associated with fat, fat and more fat. But real butter (and I stress real, because sadly much of what we eat is no longer what it used to be) is made from grass fed milk is a potent source of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). CLA has powerful effects on the metabolism and has even be sold as a weight loss supplement. CLA reduces body fat and increases basal metabolic rate. In simple terms, energy from food is used more efficiently which prevents fat cells from expanding.

Coconut Oil...best source of MCFA
With coconut oil, a calories is not a calorie. Coconut oil is made up of mostly Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFA) which are metabolized differently than long chain fatty acids. MCFA's are thermogenic (increases fat burning) and an appetite surrpressant (decreases calorie intake). A study shows eating a diet high in MCFA's decreased calorie intake of around 250 per day.

Omega 3 & 6...best source of EFA
These essential fatty acids (EFA) are needed in every single one of our cells. If we are deficient, which many studies have shown us to be, then our cells will send us signals and warning signs, sometimes in the form of fatigue, brittle nails and unhealthy cravings. Combined with a healthy diet, nourishing our cells with these EFA's will send a 'satisfied' signal to our bodies and cravings and overeating will disappear along with those rolls around your waistline.
